After days of non-existent or less than vibrant sunrises at this location, nature finally began to cooperate. On this particular day and over about a 20-minute period, the sky seemed unrelenting in serving up a myriad of colors from which to choose from. Almost in a frenzy, I fired frame after frame of film as each new moment seemed to eclipse and outdo the last. I prefer this image because I think it demonstrates how snow does not have to be white to be beautiful.
